Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative operations to maintain a fun, secure, organized, and efficient workplace while supporting company-wide strategic goals.
- Partner with the CEO on staffing, planning, budgeting, and decision-making to drive growth and uphold Paradise’s culture.
- Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement, to support a strong and satisfied team.
- Direct financial processes and office administration, from bookkeeping and vendor management to scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Advanced English, spoken and written.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or Related Fields.
- 5+ years of experience in performing business administration, human resources and/or office management duties.
- A positive, outgoing, and ambitious attitude that motivates and inspires the entire team.
