• Receive incoming contacts from customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Effectively identify your customer’s needs and match them with their perfect experience.
• Use your organization and time management skills to track multiple leads simultaneously.
• Work with our travel partners to confirm reservations and notify guests of the details.
• Place outgoing calls and emails to travel partners and customers as necessary.
• Be punctual, flexible, and prepared to work together as a team to fulfill our customers’ needs.
• Attend all training sessions and become an expert on our websites, products, and services.

Position Requirements:
