Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative operations to maintain a fun, secure, organized, and efficient workplace while supporting company-wide strategic goals.
  • Partner with the CEO on staffing, planning, budgeting, and decision-making to drive growth and uphold Paradise’s culture.
  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement, to support a strong and satisfied team.
  • Direct financial processes and office administration, from bookkeeping and vendor management to scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English, spoken and written.
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or Related Fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in performing business administration, human resources and/or office management duties.
  • A positive, outgoing, and ambitious attitude that motivates and inspires the entire team.

We service our customers by phone, chat, email, and social media. We are NOT an outsource or third-party like a call center—we sell only our own products and services to our customers.

Paradise Solutions was born in 2015, when we decided to create a true customer experience center here in El Salvador to not only serve existing travel customers in Mexico, but also to serve new customers in new locations as we seek to bring our affordable adventures and world-class customer service to more areas of Latin America and the Caribbean.

We have created amazing memories in a such amount of time, and continue creating new ones every day, both for our customers, and for ourselves. We are very lucky to have such an awesome team and look forward to many more adventures together for a long time to come.
